摘　　要：现代的社会结构系统性风险为人们带来了巨大的生存压力,同时“强制个体化”又使人们失去了必要的情感支持,这给转型期的中国社会造成了极大的情绪张力。互联网作为技术性和商业性因素,与转型期的社会焦虑问题叠合在一起,中介并增强了社会焦虑。一方面,互联网的交往结构和文化情境,不仅使焦虑情绪符号化并实现模因繁衍,还塑造了新型的情感互动,导致了无节制的情绪宣泄和情感支持缺失;另一方面,网络平台将用户培育为情感劳动者,吸纳进平台的开放性生产关系并将其商品化,在实现平台资本增殖的同时也导致了焦虑的增殖。The systemic risks of the social structure in modern society create im mense survival pressure for individuals,while the“forced indiv idualization”deprives people of necessary emotional support,leading to significant emotional tension in transitional Chinese society.The internet,as both a technological and commercial factor,intersects with and amplifies social anxiety during this period of transition.On one hand,the communication structure and cultural context of the internet not only symbolize and propagate anxious emotions but also shape new forms of emotional interaction that result in uncontrolled emotional outbursts and a lack of emotional support.On the other hand,online platforms cultivate users as emotional labor-ers by incorporating them into open production relationships that are commercialized.This not only facilitates platform capital accumulation but also contributes to the proliferation of anxiety.
