摘　　要：阐述总线隔离变压器的典型失效模式,提出X光射线检查、温度循环试验,形成针对于总线隔离变压器的质量保证方法。分析表明,在综合评估一段时间后,验证能够有效剔除具有风险的器件,保证器件的可靠性。This paper expounds the typical failure modes of bus isolation transformers,proposes X-ray inspection and temperature cycling test,and forms a quality assurance method for bus isolation transformers.Analysis shows that after a period of comprehensive evaluation,verification can effectively eliminate devices with risks and ensure the reliability of the devices.
