职教二十条背景下短学制医学整合课程改革——以中医学专业群为例

摘  要:以安徽中医药高等专科学校地方技能型高水平大学建设中,中医学专业群人才培养方案修订为契机,以“职教二十条”为基本遵循原则,对标执业助理中医师考核大纲,积极开展针对专科层次短学制医学人才培养的基于疾病的医学整合课程改革研究与实践。医学整合课程改革从学生的认知规律出发,强化学科间知识的衔接和贯通,以促进学生自主学习能力、分析推理能力等综合素养的提升。Taking the revision of the talent training plan for TCM professional groups in the construction of local skilled high-level universities in Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an opportunity,taking the“Twenty Provisions for Vocational Education”as the basic guideline,and benchmarking with the assessment syllabus of practicing assistant herbalist,we actively carry out the research and practice to the“disease-based”medical integration curriculum reform in the training of short-study medical talents at the specialist level.The medical integration curriculum reform starts from the cognitive rules of students,strengthens the articulation and coherence of knowledge between disciplines,and promotes students’independent learning ability,analytical reasoning ability and other comprehensive literacy.
