摘  要:中医养生学学科建设起步较晚,教育教学模式尚不成熟,对中医养生学专业人才的培养尚显不足。成都中医药大学通过对中医养生学人才培养方案、课程体系、培养环节、质量标准等进行系统改革与创新,积极探索、构建以符合社会需求为导向、以具有医德仁心为准绳、以院校教育与师承教育深度融合为抓手、以培养学生中医临床思维和动手能力为核心、以“胜任力”为着力点的卓越中医养生人才培养模式。The construction of health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine discipline started late,the education and teaching mode is still immature,and the cultivation of professional talents is still insufficient.By systematically reforming and innovating the training program,curriculum system,training links and quality standards of health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine specialty,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is actively exploring the construction of competency which is oriented to meet the needs of the society,with medical ethics and benevolence as the criterion,with the deep integration of institutional education and teacher training as the grip,and with the core of cultivating students’clinical thinking and hands-on ability.The focus is on cultivating students’clinical thinking and practical skills as the core of competency in health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine.
