摘　　要：文章对王冰主要著作《重广补注黄帝内经素问》中的“援易入医”思想进行挖掘,分析整理王冰“援易入医”思想的历史渊源、方法论特征、主要观点及历史意义。文章研究发现王冰“援易入医”与唐代中期大兴文教、解经注经的学术风气有关,同时也得益于义理易学的发展。其方法论特点可概括为义理以明理,象数以尽意,通过义理解释《黄帝内经》中的医学原理,通过象数阐发文字不易表达的道理。王冰“援易入医”思想主要表现在天统地承的生成观,阴阳通和的生育观,圣贤至真的养生观以及物盛则衰的疾病观。王冰在注解《黄帝内经》中“援易入医”,不仅开创了医易思想之先河,同时也奠定了医易思想的唯物主义框架,为宋明儒医的产生打下基础,具有实在性意义。This article explores the thought of'Yi-princple to traditional Chinese medicine'in WANG Bing's main work Annotated Yellow Emperor'Canon of Medicine Simple Conversation,analyzed its historical origins,methodological characteristics,main viewpoints,and historical significance.This study found that the emergence of this idea was related to the academic atmosphere of emphasizing education and interpreting classic works in the Tang dynasty,and also benefited from the development of Yi-principle.This idea explains the medical principles in the Huangdi Neijing through Yi-principle,and elucidates the principles that are difficult to express in words through imagery.This idea is mainly manifested in the perspectives of generation,fertility,health preservation,and disease.WANG Bing not only pioneered the thought of Medicine-I Ching,but also established the materialistic framework of Medicine-I Ching,laying the foundation for the emergence of Confucian medicine in the Song and Ming dynasties.Therefore,this study has practical significance.
