摘 要:目的分析问题导向式教学法应用在骨伤科临床带教中的效果。方法将2022年2月—2023年3月期间至浠水县中医院骨伤科实习的18名本科临床专业学生纳入观察组,将2021年1月—2022年1月期间至本院骨伤科实习的18名本科临床专业学生纳入对照组。对照组学生接受传统教学模式带教,观察组在对照组基础上联合问题导向式教学法带教。对比两组考核成绩、应急能力、培训效果认可度、对教学方法的满意度。结果观察组各项考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组各项应急能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组各项培训效果认可度指标得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对教学方法的满意度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论问题导向式教学法应用在骨伤科临床带教中可提升学生对骨伤科临床知识的认知度,同时学生临床技能、应急能力、培训效果的认可度得到提升。Objective To analyze the effect of problem-oriented teaching method in clinical teaching in orthopedics and traumatology department.Methods A total of 18 undergraduate clinical students who practiced in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Xishui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to March 2023 were included in the observation group,and 18 undergraduate clinical students who practiced in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were included in the control group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching mode,while the observation group was taught by problem-oriented teaching method based on the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of assessment results,emergency response ability,recognition of training effect and satisfaction with teaching methods.Results The test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of emergency response ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of the training effect recognition index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of problem-oriented teaching method in clinical teaching of orthopedics and traumatology can improve students'awareness of clinical knowledge of orthopedics and traumatology,and at the same time,the recognition rate of students'clinical skills,emergency response capabilities,and training effect is improved.
