摘  要:目的分析乳甲外科住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)教学实践中形成性评价的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月永州市中心医院的12名乳甲外科住院医师作为研究对象,依据教学实践评价方法分为对照组(常规教学)和观察组(基于形成性评价的教学),各6名,比较两组教学效果。结果观察组迷你临床演练评估、操作技能直接观察评估考核、教学反馈各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组出科成绩各项得分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在乳甲外科住培教学实践中,采用基于形成性评价的教学模式,可获得良好教学效果,培养住院医师的临床思维与实践能力,使其更好地适应临床工作。Objective To analyze the effect of formative evaluation in the teaching practice of standardized training for breast and nail surgery residents(referred to as"residential training").Methods 12 breast and nail surgery residents of Yongzhou Central Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects.According to the teaching practice evaluation method,they were divided into a control group(conventional teaching)and an observation group(teaching based on formative evaluation),with 6 cases in each group.The teaching effects were compared between the two groups.Results The scores in each dimension of the mini-clinical evaluation exercise,direct observation of procedural skills and teaching feedback of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of each terms and total score of exit examination of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching practice of residential training in breast and nail surgery,the teaching mode based on formative evaluation can obtain good teaching results,cultivate the clinical thinking and practical ability of residents,make them better adapt to clinical work.
