摘　　要：目的评估问题驱动教学模式(Problem-based Learning,PBL)在呼吸内科见习中的运用价值。方法选取永州市中心医院呼吸内科于2022年1月—2023年12月见习的56名学生为研究对象,根据见习时间将其分为两组,于2022年1—12月见习的28名学生纳入参比组,开展传统教学模式。于2023年1—12月见习的28名见习学生纳入观察组,开展PBL教学模式,对比两组见习考核结果与教学满意率。结果教学后,观察组的基础知识、实践操作、临床诊断、病历书写考核结果均优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组见习生对教学的满意率高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸内科见习学生进行教学时,开展PBL教学模式能够丰富学生的基础知识,提高教学满意率。Objective Objective to evaluate the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)in the probation of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 56 trainee students in the respiratory Department of Yongzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the internship time.Twenty-eight the trainee students from January to December 2022 were included in the reference group to carry out traditional teaching mode.Twenty-eight trainee students from January to December 2023 were included in the observation group to carry out PBL teaching mode.The results of probation assessment and teaching satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the results of basic knowledge,practical operation,clinical diagnosis and medical record writing in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching for interns in respiratory medicine,carrying out PBL teaching mode can enrich students'basic knowledge,improve the teaching satisfaction rate.
