摘　　要：民族传统体育对传承中华优秀传统文化,弘扬中华体育精神,培育时代人才具有重要作用。文章通过探索民族传统体育课程育人模式,将蕴含其中的传统德行修养之道、为人处世哲学、人与自然关系等与西方体育教学的意涵、运动项目所倡导的精神相结合,形成内外兼修、德体同扬的综合体育教育模式。以党的二十大精神为引领,在课程实践中实现民族传统体育的创造性转换与创新性发展,符合中国式现代化进程中的“人才”要求,为党育人,为国举才;培育时代所需人才,能助推建设具有中国特色的体育强国;以体育人,以文化人,真正实现立德树人的教育目标。Traditional national sports shoulder the intermediary role of inheriting excellent traditional culture,promoting Chinese sports spirit and cultivating talents of The Times.Through the construction of the education model of traditional national physical education curriculum,it combines the traditional moral cultivation,philosophy of human behavior and the relationship between man and nature with the connotation of western physical education and the spirit advocated by sports projects to form a comprehensive physical education model that combines both internal and external cultivation and moral and physical cultivation.Guided by the twenty Spirits,it realizes the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional national sports in curriculum practice,which conforms to the requirements of"talents"in the process of Chinese modernization,educates people for the Party,selects talents for the country,cultivates talents needed by The Times,and boosts the construction of sports power with Chinese characteristics.With sports people,with cultural people,truly achieve the educational goal of"moral cultivation".
