摘　　要：为了增强物流专业学生的学习效果,培养与社会需求相匹配的物流专业人才,对物流管理专业课程的改革方向进行了研究。针对物流管理专业特点及现存问题,对基于OBE+“专创融合”的教学模式进行了构建:构思基于“专创融合”理念的课程教学目标;设计基于OBE+“专创融合”理念的教学体系;最终将新的教学模式运用到物流管理专业其他课程。最后对采用该新教学模式前后两届学生的学习态度、学习感受、学习能力和学习成绩进行分析,以此检验新教学模式下学生的学习效果。To enhance the learning effect of logistics majors and cultivate logistics professionals meeting the needs of the society,the reform direction of the logistics management professional curriculum is studied.In allusion to the characteristics of logistics management specialty and existing problems,the teaching modes based on OBE+"integration of expertise and creativity"are developed.Firstly,the teaching objectives of the course based on the concept of"integration of expertise and creativity"are conceptualized.Then,the teaching system based on the concept of OBE+"integration of expertise and creativity"is designed.Furthermore,the new teaching model is applied to other courses in the logistics management specialty.Finally,the learning attitudes,learning feelings,learning abilities and learning achievements of the two classes of students before and after the adoption of the new teaching mode are analyzed to test the learning effect of students under the new teaching mode.
