摘 要:在新技术与新理念的推动下,动画的应用场景愈发丰富多元,形成了“泛动画”潮流,业界对动画专业学生的就业力需求也产生了相应的变化。在此背景下,当前高校动画专业的教学面临知识更新滞后、技能训练与市场需求脱节及职业素养教育不足等挑战。针对这些问题,文章提出应从传统“知识导向”型教学模式转向注重学生就业力培养的新模式,并结合相关案例介绍了模块化教学设计、“真题真做”项目实践及强化职业素养教育等策略。通过这些改革,动画专业有望培养出更多适应行业需求的优秀人才,推动动画专业教育质量提升和行业的持续健康发展。Driven by new technologies and new ideas,the application scenarios of animation are becoming more and more diversified,forming a"pan-animation"trend,and the industry's demand for the employability of animation students has also changed accordingly.In this context,the current teaching of animation majors in universities faces challenges such as lagging knowledge updates,skill training disconnected from market de-mand,and insufficient professional literacy education.In view of these problems,this paper proposes that the traditional"knowledge-oriented"teaching mode should be shifted to a new mode that focuses on the cultivation of students'employability.Combined with relevant cases,the paper introduces strategies such as modular teaching design,"Practical projects based on real industry demands"project practice and strengthening pro-fessional quality education.Through these reforms,the animation major is expected to cultivate more outstand-ing talents to meet the needs of the industry,and promote the quality improvement of animation education and the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
