摘 要:开展中国特色高职专业认证是职业教育高质量发展的重要内容、落实国家“探索高职专业认证”的政策要求、推动我国高职教育国际化发展的需要、有利于提升技术技能人才培养质量、有利于提升多元主体投入资源的积极性。中国特色高职专业认证具有四个方面的特征:“持续改进”与“产教融合”双理念融合贯穿;职业技能与专业伦理是专业认证的主线与底线;普适认证框架与区域认证标准分层次有机结合;认证前调研与认证后跟踪改进相互支撑印证。其实践路径为:赋予高职专业认证的法律地位;确保高职专业认证参与者的获得感;强化高职专业认证的元评估工作;注重高职专业认证的数智化水平。Conducting specialized accreditation for vocational education with Chinese characteristics is an essential component of highquality vocational education development.It fulfills the policy requirements of exploring specialized accreditation for vocational education set by the state,promotes the internationalization of vocational education in China,enhances the quality of technical skills training,and stimulates the enthusiasm for diversified resource input.Specialized accreditation for vocational education in China has four characteristics:the integration of the dual concepts of “continuous improvement” and “industry-education integration”;vocational skills and professional ethics serve as the mainline and baseline of accreditation;a universally applicable accreditation framework is organically combined with hierarchical regional accreditation standards;and pre-accreditation research supports post-accreditation tracking and improvement.The practical pathway includes granting legal status to specialized accreditation for vocational education,ensuring participants' sense of achievement in specialized accreditation,strengthening meta-evaluation in specialized accreditation,and emphasizing the level of data intelligence in specialized accreditation.
