摘　　要：2024年国际博物馆日的主题“博物馆致力于教育和研究”反映了教育与研究在博物馆功能中的重要性和普遍性。其中,博物馆教育具有多维特性,包括其非正式、自愿、情感性和变革性,且在促进文化传承和个体发展中具有独特价值。知识创造的驱动力是博物馆研究的基石,也成为基于藏品研究、博物馆机构研究、遗产研究等不同类型与目的研究的最终诉求。博物馆的教育和研究可以共同支持联合国可持续发展目标的理念传播和具体行动,因此,博物馆应结合目标的五个维度和三个行动领域,通过引导方向、支持其他领域和变革博物馆自身,实现教育和研究的社会价值和文化创新,构建适应新时代变革的博物馆教育和研究生态。The theme of International Museum Day 2024,"Museums for Education and Research",reflects the importance and universality of education and research as the functions of museums.Museum education is multidimensional in its features,including informal,voluntary,emotional,and transformative.It has unique value in promoting cultural transmission and individual development.The drive for knowledge creation is the cornerstone of museum research and has become the ultimate demand of different types and purposes of research based on collections,museum institutions,and heritage.Museum education and research can jointly support the concepts dissemination and specific actions of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).Therefore,museums should engage the 5Ps and 3 categories of the SDGs,to realize the social value and cultural innovation of education and research by guiding the direction,supporting other sectors and reforming the museums themselves,so as to build an ecology of museum education and research that is adapted to the changes of the new era.
