摘　　要：本研究基于教师反馈素养的相关文献梳理,结合专家咨询和教师访谈,编制了英语教师反馈素养量表。651名英语教师参与了问卷调查,探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的结果显示:1)量表符合心理测量学的指标要求,信效度良好;2)量表由反馈知识、反馈设计、技术运用、关系维护、反馈实施和反馈情意6个因子构成,共有32个题项。该量表验证了现有教师反馈素养的理论框架,可为英语教师反馈素养测量和反馈实践提供重要参考。Drawing on a literature review of teacher feedback literacy and insights from expert consultations and teacher interviews,this study developed and validated a feedback literacy scale for English teachers.A total of 651 English teachers participated in the survey.The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis reveal that(1)the scale meets the requirements of psychometric indicators,indicating good reliability and validity;(2)the scale comprises six factors including feedback knowledge,feedback design,technology application,relationship maintenance,feedback implementation and feedback disposition,with 32 items in total.The scale validates the existing theoretical framework of teacher feedback literacy,which can provide valuable insights for the measurement of English teachers'feedback literacy and feedback practices.
