摘 要:为研究双桨双舵船在发生机械故障时的操纵性问题,基于计算流体力学方法(CFD)建立数值水池,采用重叠网格技术和动态流体物体相互作用(DFBI)模块研究船舶在操纵运动过程中的响应.以DTMB5415M为研究对象,对设计工况下的DTMB5415M操纵运动进行了数值模拟验证,并将该方法用于单螺旋桨失效、单舵失效和桨舵同时失效情况下的DTMB5415M操纵运动数值模拟.结果表明:双桨双舵船在发生机械故障情况下的操纵性能会发生恶化,单舵失效时的船舶操纵性能相比单桨失效时更差,异侧桨舵同时失效时的船舶操纵性能相比同侧桨舵失效时更差.To study the maneuverability of the twin-propeller twin-rudder ship under machinery failure,a numerical tank was established based on CFD(computational fluid dynamics).Overset grids technique and DFBI(dynamic fluid body interaction)module were used to study the response of the ship during maneuvering motion.Taking DTMB5415M as the research object,the DTMB5415M maneuvering motion under design condition were verified by numerical simulations,and the methods were applied to the numerical simulations for DTMB5415M maneuvering motion under the condition of single propeller failure,single rudder failure and simultaneous failure of propeller and rudder.Results show that the twin-propeller twin-rudder ship maneuverability will deteriorate under machinery failure.The maneuverability of the ship when the single rudder occurs failure is worse than that when the single propeller occurs failure,and the ship maneuverability when the propeller and rudder occurs failure at the opposite side is worse than that when the propeller and rudder occurs failure at the same side.
