摘  要:网络舆情下教师专业成长的文化冲击是一种文化心理现象。移动互联时代给予教师成长以丰富有机的时空窗口,但也随之伴生潜在危机。网络舆情下,教师专业成长文化冲击的“四种表征”是:教师觉知失控化、情感负向化、意志唯诺化、行动困顿化,导致的“三重危害”为:教师身份选择力失落、专业成长力下沉、队伍生畏力涨高。文化冲击源起于教师失德失信事件爆发,在潜舆论活跃显舆论冲击下发酵,经由网络生态多点牵引爆发助推,最终生成非理性境遇文化冲击波。未来,纵横连贯、内外共长、情理共治是文化冲击突围思路,教师源头防落网络舆情漩涡,舆情引导及其身心警愈,转向定焦舆情主体,全民参与共建共治共享是促进教师专业成长的应然之道。The cultural impact of teachers'professional growth under the network public opinion is a cultural psychological phenomenon.The era of mobile Internet gives teachers a rich and organic window of time and space for growth,but it is also accompanied by potential crises.professional growth culture are:teacher awareness becoming out of control,emotional negativity,willpower becoming submissive,and action becoming trapped,resulting in the"triple harm":losing teacher identity choice,sinking professional growth,and rising team fear.The culture shock originates from the outbreak of teachers'moral and credibility loss which ferments under the impact of latent public opinion,breaks out and boosts through the multi-point traction of network ecology,and finally generates the cultural shock wave of irrational circumstances.Facing the future,vertical and vertical coherence,internal and external common growth,common sense and common governance are the ideas of cultural shock breakout.Teachers'source prevention and fall into the vortex of network public opinion,public opinion guidance and physical and mental police recovery,turning to the main body of fixed focus public opinion,and the participation of the whole population in co-construction,co-governance and sharing is the natural way to promote the professional growth of teachers.
