摘 要:当今线上教学已经成为“常态”,高职技能型课程实施线上教学存在较多难点。为了探究高职技能型课程在线教学的影响因素,基于ACSI模型,结合技能型课程线上教学特点,构建技能型课程在线教学满意度模型和技能型课程在线教学满意度量表。采用问卷调查收集数据,利用SPSS软件对量表的信度和效度进行检验;利用AMOS24软件对模型进行检验。结果表明:学生期望会正向影响质量感知;学生期望和质量感知都会正向影响学生满意,质量感知和学生满意都会正向影响学生持续使用意愿。基于此,从学校和教师两个层面提出提高高职技能型课程在线教学满意度的措施。Nowadays,online teaching has become the norm and the skill-based curriculum in higher vocational education is the difficulty with online teaching.In order to explore the influencing factors of online teaching of skill-based courses in higher vocational colleges,based on ACSI model and combined with the characteristics of online teaching of skill-based courses,the online teaching satisfaction model and online teaching satisfaction scale of skill-based courses are constructed.The data were collected by questionnaires,the reliability and validity of the scale were tested by the SPSS software,and the model was tested by the AMOS24 software.The results show that students'expectation will positively affect quality perception;students'expectation and quality perception will positively affect students'satisfaction;quality perception and students'satisfaction will positively affect students'willingness of continuous use.Finally,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the satisfaction of online teaching of skill-based courses in higher vocational colleges from the two perspectives of schools and teachers.
