摘　　要：办学理念是学校发展的“魂”,实现高质量发展首先需要定位准确,利用好资源条件。奥林匹克文化有其特别的魅力价值,与小学育人目标有高度契合。北京市石景山区电厂路小学深挖奥林匹克教育价值内涵,提出以奥林匹克教育促高质量发展办学理念,探索基于体育运动(冰雪运动)跨学科、跨课程的以“体”育全人的育人模式,通过校园情境化、跨学科课程化、冰雪运动旱地化、博物馆馆藏化、家校社一体化、辐射共享联动化等途径实施育人模式的创新实践。9年多来,学校的持续探索取得丰硕成果,为中小学特色办学及高质量发展提供了有益参考。The educational philosophy is the soul of school development,and achieving high-quality development requires accurate positioning and good utilization of local resources.Olympic culture has its unique charm and value,which is highly aligned with the goals of primary school education.Dian Changlu Primary School Shijingshan District,has deeply explored the value and connotation of Olympic education,proposed the concept of promoting high-quality development through Olympic education,and explored an interdisciplinary and cross curriculum education model based on sports(ice and snow sports)that cultivates the whole person through"physical education".Through campus environment,interdisciplinary curriculum,dry land ice and snow sports,museum collection,integration of family,school,and society,and radiation sharing linkage,innovative practices of the education model have been implemented.Over the past 9 years,the continuous exploration of the school has achieved fruitful results,providing useful references for the characteristic education and high-quality development of primary and secondary schools.
