摘 要:以河北衡水湖芦苇叶为原料,选取超声波辅助法对其中的总酚进行提取测定。通过单因素实验探究了超声温度、乙醇浓度、超声时间和料液比对总酚得率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,结合响应面分析法优化提取工艺。分析实验数据得出:超声温度为48℃、体积分数为49%的乙醇溶液、超声时间为24 min、料液比为1∶67(mg/mL)时,总酚得率最高。抗氧化性实验表明:芦苇多酚具有一定的还原能力,且对自由基的清除能力与其浓度成正比。In this study,with reed leaves from Hengshui Lake in Hebei Province,the total phenols were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method.The extraction temperature,the ethanol concentration,the extraction time and the feed-toliquid ratio were investigatedby single factor experiment accordingto absorbance of the total phenols in reed leaves.Based on the single factor experiments,the extraction technology was optimized by response surfacetest.The analysis of the experimental data showed that the extraction temperature was 48℃,the volumefraction of ethanol was 49%,the extraction time was 24 min,the feed-to-liquid ratio was 1∶67(mg/mL),the extraction rate of total phenols reached the highest.According to the analysis of the experimental data,it can be seen that the total flavone of reed leaves has a certain reduction ability,and the scavenging ability of free radicals is proportional to its concentration.
