高校劳动教育中的工具理性与价值理性矛盾及其解决对策

摘  要:为进一步提升新时代高校劳动教育质量,立足于“五育融合”理念,以工具理性与价值理性的矛盾为视角,采用文献研究和综合分析法,系统梳理目前高校劳动教育存在的问题,并提出发挥劳动教育顶层设计使劳动教育课程与时代接轨、利用大数据对劳动教育对象进行“以人为本”的分析与引导、丰富劳动教育评价体系使培养目标更贴近“五育人才”和整合多维劳动教育资源构建劳动教育新生态等对策。In order to further improve the quality of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,based on the concept of“five-education integration”and from the perspective of the contradiction between instrumental rationality and value rationality,this paper systematically sorts out the existing problems in four aspects of labor education in colleges and universities,and proposes such solutions as the top-level design of labor education to make the labor education curriculum in line with the times,using big data to analyze and guide the“people-oriented”labor education objects,enriching the evaluation system of labor education so that the training goal is closer to the“five education talents”and integrating the multi-dimensional labor education resources to build a new ecology for the labor education.
