摘  要:宋代是我国农商经济发展的高峰期,饮食文化与节日文化的兴盛期。在这种背景下,宋人把对面食的喜爱融入节日生活中,制作出了种类丰富的节日面食。这些节日面食既有继承唐代已有的节日面食而形成的传统节日面食,又有结合宋代社会情况而形成的新兴节日面食,同时又有部分被后代继承,成为现今众多节日食物的前身。因此宋代的节日面食上承唐代,下启后世,种类丰富,具有节日文化内涵与商业价值,对今天的节俗饮食产生了深远的影响。The Song Dynasty was the peak period of China's agricultural and commercial economic development,and the flourishing period of food culture and festival culture.In this context,the Song people integrated their love of wheaten food into their festival life and produced a rich variety of festival wheaten food.These foods were not only traditional ones inherited from the Tang Dynasty,but also new ones that were formed by combining with the social situation of the current generation.At the same time,some of them were inherited by the later generations and became the predecessors of many festival foods.Therefore,the festival wheaten food of the Song Dynasty inherited from the Tang Dynasty and inspired the later generations.It is rich in variety,has festival cultural connotation and commercial value,and has a far-reaching influence on today's festival food.
