摘 要:受新能源不稳定性及能源需求波动的影响,电气新能源微电网的有功功率难以得到保障,为此,提出电气新能源微电网的多目标优化策略研究。以电气新能源微电网的客观情况为基础,构建目标函数,设置约束函数,在优化管理阶段采用分层控制方法(分为底层控制和上层控制2个部分),当负荷及发电量的变化范围未超出允许的自主式控制调节范畴时,直接应用底层控制各发电单元输出;否则应用上层控制调整储能单元的输出。结果表明,新能源电网的有功功率表现出了较高的稳定性,且对应的参数始终保持在2.70×10^(5)W以上。Due to the instability of new energy and fluctuations in energy demand,it is difficult to ensure the active power of electrical new energy microgrids.Therefore,a multi-objective optimization strategy research for electrical new energy microgrids is proposed.Based on the objective situation of the electrical new energy microgrid,an objective function is constructed,constraint functions are set,and a hierarchical control method is adopted in the optimization management stage(divided into two parts,bottom level control and upper level control).When the range of load and power generation changes does not exceed the allowable range of autonomous control regulation,the output of each power generation unit is directly controlled by the bottom level control.Otherwise,the upper level control should be applied to adjust the output of the energy storage unit.The results show that the active power of the new energy grid exhibits high stability,and the corresponding parameters remain above 2.70×10^(5)W.
