摘 要:文中比较了衢州地区不同品种及生长期柑橘果皮中橙皮苷及芸香苷含量动态及差异性,结果表明不同品种及同一品种不同生长期果皮中橙皮苷及芸香苷含量差异显著。其中橙皮苷和芸香苷含量分别以10月中旬的派溪头7号和11月中旬的满头红为最高,分别达到13.92%和484.4μg/g。以10月中旬为界限,各品种橙皮苷含量有先升后降的趋势,而芸香苷含量却无明显规律。在末次采收中以派溪头7号单果皮重量最高,达8.68g,推荐以11月中旬采收的派溪头7号作为衢州柑橘转型陈皮的最佳基源。In this paper,the dynamics and difference of content of hesperidin and rutin of different varieties of citrus in different growth period in Quzhou were compared,the result indicated that the contain of hesperidin and rutin of different varieties and in different growth period of the same varieties were significantly different.The content of hesperidin was highest with 13.92%in Paixitou No.7 in middle October.The content of rutin was highest with 484.4μg/g in Mantouhong in middle November.With middle October as the boundary,the content of hesperidin in all varieties of citrus tended to rise first and then decrease,but there is no obvious regularity in content of rutin.The weight of single fruit peel of Paixitou No.7 was the highest in the last harvest,reaching 8.68 g.It was recommended that Paixitou No.7 harvested in the middle of November be used as the best base source of Quzhou citrus transformation peel.
