学练赛评一体化视域下高职篮球教学改革研究

摘　　要：学练赛评一体化视域下高职篮球教学改革是顺应时代发展的必要步骤、助力学校育人的必要路径和促进学生成长的必要手段。学练赛评一体化视域下篮球教学改革主要受政策环境、学校管理、教师素质和学生需求等因素影响。在改革过程中需要以学为基,注重基础知识与技能培养;以练为重,强化实践能力与运动精神;以赛为导,提升竞技水平与综合素质;以评为鉴,培养综合能力与优异品质,为培养高素质技能型人才贡献力量。The reform of basketball teaching in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of integration of learning,practice,competition and evaluation is a necessary step to conform to the development of the times,a necessary path to help schools educate students and a necessary means to promote the growth of students.The teaching reform is mainly affected by the policy environment,school management,teachers’quality and students’needs.In the process of reform,it is necessary to take learning as the basis,and attach importance to the basic knowledge and skills cultivation;focus on practice,and strengthen practical ability and sportsmanship;take competition as the guidance,and improve competitive level and comprehensive quality;make a judgement through evaluation and cultivate comprehensive ability and excellent quality in order to contribute to the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.
