厚植农耕文化 创新劳动教育——大连艺术学院特色劳动育人体系构建与实践

摘　　要：农耕文化蕴含丰富的劳动教育价值。把握农耕文化与劳动教育的内在联系,挖掘农耕文化的劳动教育价值,对于开展新时代劳动教育具有重要启示。通过全面分析艺术院校以农耕文化为载体开展劳动教育在促进学生全面发展、推进学校内涵式发展、推动中华文化传承发展、赋能乡村振兴发展方面的重大意义,深度解析以农耕文化为载体开展新时代劳动教育面临的新与旧、点与面、知与行的问题,总结了大连艺术学院构建以农耕文化为载体的特色劳动育人体系实践经验。Farming culture contains rich value of labor education.Grasping the internal connection between farming culture and labor education and excavating the value of labor education of farming culture have important enlightenment for the development of labor education in the new era.This paper comprehensively analyzes the significance of art colleges to carry out labor education with farming culture as the carrier,which promotes students’all-round development,the school connotation development,the development of Chinese culture heritage,and empowers rural revitalization.And it explores problems in the labor education,and summarizes the practical experience in constructing labor education system with farming culture as the carrier in Dalian Art College.
