摘　　要：目的探讨药理学临床教学案例库的建设方法和应用效果。方法制定案例库案例入选标准,收集相关典型临床用药案例并进行遴选、分类、整理和制作,形成药理学临床教学案例库,应用于药理学临床教学。采用问卷调查和成绩分析方法,评价案例库应用效果。结果共建成案例17个,涉及多种常见药物和临床问题。教学后学生药理学理论知识水平和临床应用能力均有显著提高,对案例教学的认可度也较高。结论临床教学案例库的建设与应用有利于提高药理学教学效果和质量,培养学生专业能力和实践技能,促进理论与实践的深度融合。Objective:To explore the construction method and application effect of clinical teaching case base of pharmacology.Methods The selection criteria of cases in case base were established,and the relevant typical clinical medication cases were collected,selected,classified,sorted and made to form a case base for clinical teaching of pharmacology,which was applied to clinical teaching of pharmacology.By means of questionnaire survey and score analysis,the effectiveness of case base application was evaluated.Results A total of 17 cases were completed,involving a variety of common drugs and clinical problems.After teaching,students′knowledge level of pharmacology theory and clinical application ability have been significantly improved,and their recognition of case teaching is also high.Conclusion The construction and application of clinical teaching case base is beneficial to improve the effect and quality of pharmacology teaching,cultivate students′professional ability and practical skills,and promote the deep integration of theory and practice.
