摘　　要：目的探究ATR教学模式在医学免疫学课程中的应用价值。方法以护理专业学生作为研究对象,并分为非教改组、教改组。教改组采用ATR教学模式,非教改组采用传统教学模式,通过问卷调查的形式评价教学效果。结果教改组教学效果优于非教改组;ATR教学模式有利于提高学生学习内驱力、解决问题能力,培养学生医者仁心的职业素养及评判性思维能力。结论ATR教学模式为医学免疫学课程教学改革和实践提供了参考。Objective To explore the application value of ATR teaching model in medical immunology courses.Methods Nursing students were selected as research subjects and divided into unreformed educational group and reformed educational group.The reformed educational group received the ATR teaching model,while the unreformed educational group received the traditional teaching model.The teaching impact is evaluated with questionnaire survey.Results The teaching effect of the reformed educational group was Exploration of ATR Teaching Model in Medical Immunology Teaching SHAN Ge,ZHANG Guangpeng,DUAN Changyan,ZHANG Ruya,ZHAO Jiugang,SHANG Zhengling*(Guizhou Medical University,School of Basic Medicine,Guiyang City,Guizhou Province,China 550025)Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of ATR teaching model in medical immunology courses.Methods Nursing students were selected as research subjects and divided into unreformed educational group and reformed educational group.The reformed educational group received the ATR teaching model,while the unreformed educational group received the traditional teaching model.The teaching impact is evaluated with questionnaire survey.Results The teaching effect of the reformed educational group was better than that of the unreformed educational group.The ATR teaching model is conducive to improving students′learning motivation,problem-solving ability,and cultivating their professional ethics and critical thinking ability as healthcare professionals.Conclusion The ATR teaching model provides a reference for the reform and practice of medical immunology course teaching.
