摘　　要：目的探讨不愉快体验对护理专科实习生的影响,为维护其身心健康提供科学依据。方法2022年3—4月使用自编调查表对563名护理专科实习生进行调查,了解不愉快体验对其造成的影响。结果563名实习护生中53.82%的受到了较高水平的影响,主要体现在心理和生理两方面;性别、年龄是护理专科实习生受不愉快体验影响程度的主要影响因素。结论护理专科实习生受不愉快体验的影响较大,学校、医院要协同为其提供良好的临床学习与实践环境,持续改善实习体验,促使其顺利完成临床实习任务。Objective To explore the influence of nursing interns′unpleasant experience and provide scientific basis for maintaining their physical and mental health.Methods From March to April,2022,563 nursing interns were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire to learn the influence of unpleasant experiences on them.Results 53.82%of 563 nursing interns were influenced by a high level,mainly in psychological and physical aspects.Gender and age are the main influencing factors of 563 nursing interns′unpleasant experience.Conclusion Nursing interns are greatly influenced by unpleasant experiences.Schools and hospitals should cooperate to provide them with a good clinical learning and practice environment,continuously improve their internship experience,and urge them to successfully complete their clinical internship tasks.
