摘  要:目的比较分析翻转课堂结合PBL+CBL+Seminar教学模式与传统教学模式在风湿免疫科临床见习教学中的即时及持续教学效果。方法将兰州大学临床医学院的学生随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用翻转课堂结合PBL+CBL+Seminar教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,并对两组学生进行问卷调查。结果实验组即时、2周、1个月时的理论考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组即时、2周、1个月、2个月时的临床思维能力考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组认为翻转课堂结合PBL+CBL+Seminar教学模式能增强学习能动性、激发学习兴趣、形成良好职业态度及提高分析与解决问题能力。结论翻转课堂结合PBL+CBL+Seminar教学模式在风湿免疫科临床见习教学中的理论教学短期效果较好,对临床思维能力的提升有长期效果。Objective To comparatively analyze the immediate and sustained teaching effects of the flipped classroom combined with the PBL+CBL+Seminar teaching model and the traditional teaching model in the clinical probation teaching of the Rheumatology&Immunology department.Methods The students of The Clinical Medical School of Lanzhou University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received the flipped classroom combined with the PBL+CBL+Seminar teaching model,and the control group received the traditional teaching model,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the two groups of students.Results The theoretical assessment scores of the experimental group at the immediate,2 weeks,and 1 month were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the clinical thinking ability assessment scores of the expe-rimental group at the immediate,2 weeks,1 month,and 2 months were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The experimental group believed that the flipped classroom combined with the PBL+CBL+Seminar teaching model can enhance the learning initiative,stimulate the interest in learning,form a good professional attitude,and improve the ability to analyze and solve problems.Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with the PBL+CBL+Seminar teaching model has a better short-term effect on theoretical teaching in the clinical internship teaching of the Rheumatology&Immunology department,and has a long-term effect on the improvement of clinical thinking ability.
