住院医师人文关怀能力与情绪智力水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查住院医师的人文关怀能力与情绪智力水平现状,了解两者的相关性。方法采用横断面调查法,使用人口学特征问卷、人文关怀能力量表和情绪智力量表,于2022年9月对三甲综合医院的住院医师进行调查。采用皮尔逊相关分析和多元线性回归分析法,分析住院医师人文关怀能力与情绪智力水平的关系。结果住院医师人文关怀能力量表平均得分为(188.82±20.80)分,情绪智力量表平均得分为(87.08±13.49)分,情绪智力水平与人文关怀能力显著相关,自我情绪评价、他人情绪评估、情绪控制、情绪运用、学校社团工作经历是人文关怀能力的独立预测因子。结论住院医师人文关怀能力处于较低水平,情绪智力影响因素众多、发展水平不同,两者呈正相关关系。培养单位在制订、实施和评估人文关怀能力干预措施时,情绪智力水平是重要考虑因素。要加强人文素养教育,提高住院医师的情绪智力水平,促进社会的总体健康。Objective To investigate the relationship between the humanistic care ability and emotional intelligence level of resident physicians,and to learn the correlation between them.Methods A cross-sectional survey was applied to investigate resident physicians in Grade A General Hospital in September 2022 with Demographic Characteristics Questionnaire,Humanistic Care Ability Scale and Emotional Intelligence Scale.Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the humanistic care ability and emotional intelligence level of resident physicians as well.Results The average score of the Humanistic Care Ability Scale and Emotional Intelligence Scale were(188.82±20.80)and(87.08±13.49)respectively.The emotional intelligence level was significantly correlated with the humanistic care ability.Independent predictors of humanistic care ability include self-emotional evaluation,others′emotional evaluation,emotional control,emotional utilization and school community work experience.Conclusion The humanistic care ability of resident physicians is at a relatively low level,and emotional intelligence is influenced by many factors and shows different development levels.They are positively correlated.As well as the level of emotional intelligence is an important factor to be considered when the training units are making,implementing and evaluating the intervention measures for humanistic caring ability.It is necessary to strengthen the humanistic quality education,improve the emotional intelligence level of resident physicians,and promote the health in whole society.
