摘 要:减少船舶温室气体排放和满足越来越严格的NOx排放控制法规,甲醇作为一种可再生低碳燃料已经在船舶领域开展了大量研究。对甲醇的生产及燃料特点和甲醇在发动机上应用的研究现状进行综述。通过分析得出,虽然甲醇在船舶运输和储存上技术已经成熟,但由于甲醇单位体积热值相对较低,需要更大的船舶燃料储存空间。发动机使用甲醇燃料可以有效降低NOx和碳烟颗粒的排放,同时会产生甲醇和甲醛等污染物。相较于燃料掺混和直接压燃,柴油引燃甲醇发动机更适用于船用动力。To reduce greenhouse gas emissions from ships and to meet the increasingly stringent NOx emission control regulations,methanol as a renewable and low carbon fuel has been subjected to a great deal of research in the marine sector.The production and fuel characteristics of methanol and the current research status of methanol application in engines are summarized.The analysis concludes that methanol,although technologically mature for use in marine transportation and storage,necessitates larger marine fuel storage space because of its relatively low calorific value per unit volume.Using methanol fuel in engines can effectively reduce the emission of NOx and carbon soot particles,while producing pollutants such as methanol and formaldehyde.Compared with fuel blending and direct compression ignition,diesel-fired methanol engines are more suitable for marine power generation.
