摘 要:学生综合素质评价能对高职人才培养进行积极反馈,但是当前面临着评价指标缺乏科学性、评价主体缺乏多元性、评价数据缺乏全面性、评价运用缺乏精准性等现实困境,大数据赋能高职学生综合素质评价改革能够有效缓解当前困境。为此,高职院校要充分挖掘大数据的技术优势,基于系统思维、数字思维、全局思维、闭环思维,做好评价指标梳理、评价数据治理、应用场景建设等工作;同时加强组织、技术、经费等方面的支持保障,以构建更为科学的学生综合素质评价改革体系。The comprehensive quality evaluation of students can provide positive feedback to the quality of training of higher vocational talents.However,it is currently faced with realistic difficulties,such as the lack of scientific evaluation indicators,lack of diversity of evaluation subjects,lack of comprehensiveness of evaluation data and lack of precision in the application of evaluation.Students’comprehensive quality evaluation reform empowered by big data in higher vocational colleges can effectively alleviate the current dilemma.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should make full use of the technical advantages of big data and focus on evaluation indicators,evaluation data governance and application scenario construction based on systematic thinking,digital thinking,whole thinking,closed-loop thinking.In the meantime,the support and guarantee of organization,technology and funds should be strengthened so as to build a more scientific reform system of students’comprehensive quality evaluation.
