摘  要:职业教育进入快速发展通道,湖北省作为我国的教育大省,如何最优配置办学条件,提升湖北省属公办高职院校的办学成就尤其重要。借助科学的高校排名和质量年报中各办学条件指标数据,利用SPSS统计软件对数据进行描述性统计分析、相关分析和回归分析,得出湖北省属公办高职院校办学成就影响因素较大的是双师素质专任教师比例、生均教学与科研仪器设备值和具有高级职务教师占专任教师的比例。为此提出了政府出台双师素质教师评定管理办法等政策文件保障办学质量,高校对标“双高”建设推动高质量发展,企业深化延伸校企合作实现校企共赢发展的建议。Vocational education has entered a rapid development path.As a major education province in my country,it is particularly important for Hubei Province to optimally configure school conditions and improve the performance of public higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province.With the help of scientific university rankings and school-running condition indicator data in annual quality reports,SPSS statistical software was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the data,and it was concluded that the factors that have a greater impact on the performance of public higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province are It is the proportion of full-time teachers with dual qualifications,the value of teaching and scientific research equipment per student,and the proportion of teachers with senior positions among full-time teachers.Therefore,it is proposed that the government introduces policy documents such as the Measures for the Evaluation and Management of Dual Qualified Teachers to ensure the quality of school running,that universities benchmark the“double high”construction to promote high-quality development,and that enterprises deepen and extend school-enterprise cooperation to achieve win-win development between schools and enterprises.
