基于“岗课赛证”融通的汽车类专业课程体系改革探究

摘　　要：通过“岗课双融,赛证互通”,根据岗位需求设置专业课程,根据1+X职业资格认证设置教学内容,将职业技能比赛内容纳入课程体系。构建基于“岗课赛证”融通的汽车类专业课程体系,培养一批专业技能过硬,具有相应企业文化和职业道德、较强就业能力和可持续发展能力的企业准员工。为汽车行业输送更契合岗位需求、服务中原区域经济发展和郑州中心城市建设发展的高素质技术技能型“德技并修”的工匠人才。Through"the combination of post,course,competition,certification",setting up professional courses according to job requirements,setting up teaching content according to 1+X vocational qualification certification,and incorporating vocational skills competition content into the curriculum system.Building a training model for automotive professionals based on the integration of"post,course,competition,certification",and cultivate a group of prospective employees with excellent professional skills,corresponding corporate culture and professional ethics to strong employment ability and sustainable development ability.To transport more suitable job needs for the automobile industry,and to service central plains regional economic development and Zhengzhou central city construction to develop high-quality technical skills of"practice both moral and technical skills"artisans.
