儒家待客文化及其现实异化的克服

摘  要:儒家待客文化以仁爱尊重为指导原则,加之规范化的待客礼仪,形成了儒家的待客之道。这种待客文化在人际交往中形成了情感增益效应,也提升了人们人际交往的热情,形成了中国人热情好客的文化传统。但在近现代这种待客文化发生了异化。人际关系被物化、工具化,交往变成一种外在负担,人们抗拒甚至逃避人情关系衍生出来的复杂、无底线的人际交往。因此,可分析异化待客文化的产生,倡导回归健康的人情关系,弘扬儒家待客文化,把握人际交往之界限。The Confucian hospitality culture is guided by the principles of benevolence,love and respect,and the Confucian way of hospitality is based on standardized hospitality etiquette.This hospitality culture forms an e-motional gain effect in interpersonal communication and also enhances people's enthusiasm for interpersonal com-munication,forming a cultural tradition of Chinese hospitality.But in modern times,this hospitality culture has undergone alienation.Interpersonal relationships are objectified and instrumentalized and communication becomes an external burden.People resist or even avoid the complex and bottomless interpersonal relationships that arise from interpersonal relationships.Therefore,the emergence of alienated hospitality culture can be analyzed,advo-cating a return to healthy human relationships,promoting Confucian hospitality culture and grasping the bound-aries of interpersonal communication.
