摘 要:地热水中的砷具有一定的药用价值,不同价态砷离子(ionic As,iAs)所表现出来的药理性和毒理性区别较大。本文旨在通过体外模拟实验,探究胃肠消化阶段富砷地热水中砷的形态变化情况。结果发现,i AsⅢ/iAsⅤ的浓度比值在胃消化阶段的变化与地热水的饮用量无关。肠消化阶段iAsⅢ与iAsⅤ的浓度比与地热水饮用量呈正相关,这为科学有效评估富砷地热水对人类的医疗价值提供了技术参考。Arsenic in geothermal water has certain medicinal value,and the pharmacological and toxic effects of different valence states of ionic arsenic(iAs)vary greatly.This article aims to explore the morphological changes of arsenic in arsenic rich geothermal water during gastric and intestinal digestion stages through in vitro simulation experiments.The result showed that the concentration ratio of iAsⅢ/iAs V was independent of the amount of geothermal water consumed during the gastric digestion stage.In the intestinal digestion phase,the concentration ratio of iAsⅢto iAsⅤis positively correlated with the amount of geothermal water ingested.This study aims to provide technical references for scientifically and effectively evaluating the medical value of arsenic-rich geothermal water to humans.
