摘 要:为解决数控机床伺服系统参数设计相关实验,在真实机床上难开展、高耗材、安全风险大等问题,提出了一种“基于MCD+PLCSIMAdvanced+TIA架构的伺服系统参数设计数字孪生实验平台”设计方案。该方案将机床模型实体与数字孪生实验平台有机地结合起来,以“单轴伺服系统参数优化设计实验”为例,对数字孪生实验平台伺服系统的相关参数进行了调试与优化,并在机床模型实体上对其所得参数的准确性进行了验证,同时也证实了该数字孪生实验平台设计方案的可靠性。[Objective]With continuous improvement in the degree of automation in the manufacturing industry,the performance optimization of CNC(Computer Numerical Control)machine tools has become the key to improving production efficiency and reducing costs.As the core component of the CNC machine tool,the performance of the servo system is directly related to machine tool accuracy and stability.If a servo system parameter design experiment is performed on an actual machine tool,problems such as high experiment costs,many consumables,and high safety risks emerge.Therefore,an efficient experimental platform must be developed for the parameter design of servo systems to solve these problems and improve the overall performance of CNC machine tools.[Methods]The digital twin experimental platform adopted in this study is based on MCD+PLCSIM Advanced+TIA architecture.First,the NX MCD is used for solid modeling of the machine model,which can accurately simulate the structure and movement of the machine tool.Second,the PLC simulation software PLCSIM Advanced provided by Siemens is used to perform logic simulation on the actual operation of the programmable logic controller(PLC)and test the correctness of the PLC program.Third,the automation software platform TIA Portal is used for integrated programming and debugging,and a unified human-computer interface is provided,making programming and debugging more convenient.Finally,KEPServerEX 6 realizes OPC UA to establish a communication connection between the digital twin model of the CNC machine tool servo system experiment platform and its experimental platform entity and realizes communication and integration between different devices.A digital twin experimental environment that simulates real machine tool operation is realized,and the parameter optimization design experiment of a single-axis servo system is used as an example to debug and optimize the speed loop parameters.[Results]Using the digital twin experiment platform,we realize the fast debugging and optimization of the curren
