“亲农”人才培养视阈下农耕文化的当代劳动教育价值——基于《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》的文本分析

摘  要:农耕文化诞生于劳动人民千百年的农业生产劳作实践中,历史悠久且博大精深,具有丰富的劳动教育价值。在推动乡村振兴的伟大进程和培养“亲农”劳动人才的现实需求下,新课标的修订为农耕文化融入日常劳动教育实践提供了契机。本研究以《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》文本分析为基础,梳理劳动教育课程的三维目标和农耕文化的三重属性,挖掘农耕文化中蕴含的“力耕不欺”“劳有所得”“守望相助”“守正创新”等劳动教育价值,以期为今后劳动教育的“在地化”实践和培养“亲农”人才提供新的发展思路。Farming culture,which was born in the course of agricultural production practice of working people for over thousands of years,boasts a long history and profound wisdom,offering rich value of labor education.Under the great process of promoting rural revitalization and the realistic demand of cultivating"pro-agricultural"talents,the revision of the new curriculum standard provides an opportunity for farming culture to be integrated into daily labor education practice.Based on Curriculum Standard for Labor Education in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),this text analysis combines the three-dimensional goals of labor education curriculum and triple attribute of farming culture,excavating the value of labor education contained in farming culture,such as"hard work always paying off","you reaping what you sow","mutual help and protection"and"upholding fundemental principle and breaking new ground",in order to provide new development ideas for the future"localization"labor education practice and the cultivation of"pro-agricultural"talents.
