摘　　要：我国职业教育发展进入了提质培优、增值赋能新阶段.“插花与花艺设计”课程坚持“提升职业素养,创造美好生活”理念,深化产教融合,对接岗位需求,创新“三阶四相”教学策略,形成“岗课赛证”融通、“一线四点”全程育人的课程模式.通过改革与实践,不断提高学生学习的主动性和创新性,培养“有审美、精技术、能创新”高素质技能型人才,为职业教育和相关专业课程改革提供参考.The development of vocational education in China has entered a new stage of quality improvement,value-added empowerment,and talent cultivation.The course“Flower Arrangement and Floral Design”adheres to the concept of“enhancing professional quality and creating a better life”,deepens the integration of production and education,meets the needs of the job market,innovates the teaching strategy of“three stages and four phases”,and forms a curriculum model of“post-course-competition-certificate”integration and“four points on the front line”whole-process education.Through reform and practice,we will continuously improve students'learning initiative and innovation,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents with“aesthetics,fine technology,and innovative ability”,providing reference for the reform of vocational education and related professional courses.
