摘 要:乡村学校课后服务普遍存在资源短缺、功能不足等问题。校外教育在对接教育需求、整合教育资源、提升服务效能等方面具有优势,是改善学校课后服务资源供给格局,推动课后服务高质量发展的可行之道。本文选取东南沿海某省中部X小学作为个案开展质性研究,分析其课后服务的“脱嵌”困境,提出校外教育资源助力乡村学校课后服务高质量发展的路径,包括补充课后服务内容;提供师资培训;借鉴校外教育评估经验;鼓励校外优质师资参与学校课后服务等。After-school services in rural schools generally face issues such as limited resources and insufficient functions.Extracurricular education has advantages in meeting educational needs,integrating educational resources,and enhancing service effectiveness.It offers a feasible approach to improving the supply of after-school service resources and promoting high-quality development.This paper conducts a qualitative case study on X Primary School,located in the central region of a southeastern coastal province of China.The study analyzes the"disembedded"predicament of X Primary School's after-school services and proposes pathways for leveraging extracurricular education resources to enhance the quality of these services in rural schools.These pathways include supplementing after-school service contents,providing teacher training,drawing on extracurricular education evaluation experiences,and encouraging the participation of high-quality extracurricular educators in after-school services.
