摘 要:在中国乳业从小到大、从弱到强的发展历程中,科技创新始终扮演着关键角色。本文分析了自1949年以来,中国乳业经历了生产技术萌芽期(1949—1978年)、机械化发展高速期(1979—2007年)、现代奶业结构调整期(2008—2017年),以及高质量发展跃升期(2018年至今),在每一阶段,科技创新都发挥的引领行业革新的作用,从初期的机械化应用提高生产效率,到后续的灭菌技术和灌装技术推动行业规模扩张,再到智能化技术的引入让中国乳品企业跻身世界先进水平。历史表明,科技创新对提升中国乳业的国际竞争力,实现产业升级和结构优化具有重大意义。In the development process of China's dairy industry from small to large,from weak to strong,scientific and technological innovation has always played a key role.This paper analyzesd that since 1949,China's dairy industry has experienced the embryonic stage of production technology(1949-1978),the rapid development of mechanization(1979-2007),the adjustment period of modern dairy industry structure(2008-2017),and the jump period of high-quality development(2018-present).Scientific and technological innovation has played a leading role in industry innovation,from the initial mechanized application to improve production efficiency,to the subsequent sterilization technology and filling technology to promote the expansion of the industry scale,and then to the introduction of intelligent technology to make Chinese dairy enterprises among the world's advanced level.The history showed that scientific and technological innovation is of great significance to enhance the international competitiveness of China's dairy industry and realize industrial upgrading and structural optimization.
