摘　　要：为实现中高等职业教育一体化、内涵式和高质量发展,适应新时代经济社会发展对技术技能人才的需求,从招生制度、各层次培养目标和能力标准制定与实施、高水平教学团队建设等方面研究中高等职业教育有效衔接和贯通培养的策略,构建专业发展共同体,全面提升职业教育人才培养质量和水平,促进职业教育高质量发展。In order to realize the integration,connotative and high-quality development of the higher vocational education,the economic and social development in the new era of tech-nical skill talented person’s demand.This paper studies the strategies for effective connection and connection of higher vocational education from the aspects of enrollment system,the establishment and implementation of training objectives and ability standards at all levels,and the construction of high-level teaching teams,then build professional develop-ment community.We will comprehensively improve the qua-lity and level of personnel training in vocational education and promote the high-quality development of vocational edu-cation.
