摘　　要：课堂革命是职业教育提升人才培养质量的迫切需要。针对当前课堂教学中出现的实际问题,通过调研临床护理工作岗位任务,进行课程重构,开发活页式教材,凝练典型工作任务。变革课程、教材、教法、教学评价,构建师生共同课堂,建立涵盖护理专家、教师和学生的学习共同体。Classroom revolution is an urgent need for vocational education to improve the quality of talent training.Aiming at the practical problems in the current classroom teaching,the teaching team reconstructed current curriculum,developed loose-leaf teaching materials and refined typical tasks,by investigating clinical nursing job.We should reform the courses,learning material,teaching methods and the evaluation of teaching,construct the common classroom of teachers and students,and establish a learning community covering nursing experts,teachers and students.
