摘  要:根据传统单通道水喷射真空泵结构特性,分析了扩散型多通道水喷射真空泵的性能优势与结构特点,并从影响扩散型多通道水喷射真空泵性能的关键尺寸参数,进行了实测验证。对不同规格扩散型单通道、多通道水喷射真空泵的实际样机进行测试,得出了以实测数据为依据的性能分析结论,可为优化提升扩散型多通道水喷射真空泵的性能提供参考。Based on the structural characteristics of traditional single channel water jet vacuum pumps,the performance advantages and structural characteristics of diffusion type multi-channel water jet vacuum pumps were analyzed,and the key dimensional parameters affecting the performance of diffusion type multi-channel water jet vacuum pumps were experimentally verified.The actual prototypes of diffusion type single channel and multi-channel water jet vacuum pumps with different specifications were tested,and performance analysis conclusions based on measured data were obtained,which could provide reference for optimizing and improving the performance of diffusion type multi-channel water jet vacuum pumps.
