摘  要:学习型社会的数字化生成是指在学习型社会建构过程中,数字化技术和要素深度嵌入,成为塑造社会学习生态的基本方式。依托数字化推进学习型社会建构蕴含了以数字化支撑学习终身化、依托数字化开展制度设计、塑造数字化学习文化和全方位推进数字化学习资源建设等隐喻。学习型社会数字化生成的动力源包括行动主体的自发发展力、社会组织的自为型动力、技术变革的直接驱动力和制度驱动的外部推动力,需要以开放生态激活行动主体动力、以组织发展激发组织自为动力、以技术浸润培育直接作用力、以战略决策激活外部制度推动力。学习型社会的数字化生成遵循特定的实践尺度,表现为开放与统整建设思想的实践理念、指向缺位和发展现实问题的实践起点、拓展与互嵌体系重构的实践旨向、行动与结构秩序重置的实践过程。学习型社会的数字化生成需要通过制度、资源、认知和环境支持来整体建构与完善。The digital generation of the learning society refers to the deep implantation of digital tech⁃nology and elements in the establishment of the learning society,which has become the fundamental ap⁃proach to shaping the social learning environment.The construction of a digitization-promoted learning so⁃ciety encompasses metaphors like promoting lifelong learning through digitization,designing systems through digitization,cultivating a digital learning culture,and comprehensively promoting the development of digital learning resources.The driving forces behind the digital generation of a learning society include the spontaneous development by action subjects,self-driven power from social organizations,technological advancement as a driving force,and external impetus from institutions.It is essential to activate action sub⁃jects with an open ecosystem,stimulate organizational growth within organizations,cultivate direct forces through technological integration,and activate external institutional driving forces through strategic deci⁃sion-making.The digital generation of a learning society follows specific practical principles manifested in opening up and integrating construction ideas conceptually;addressing deficiencies and developing practi⁃cal issues as starting points;expanding and reconstructing interconnected systems as practical goals;and re⁃setting action and structural order as part of the practical process.The construction and improvement of a digital generation for a learning society requires support from institutions,resources,cognition,and the envi⁃ronment.
