摘 要:高温放线菌属广泛分布于自然界的高温环境中,是一类具有巨大工业应用潜力的微生物类群。对于其分类学地位的确定一直是学界研究的难点,研究进程持续了一个多世纪,分类学关系也历经多次调整,最终将其划分到厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)下高温放线菌科(Thermoactinomycetaceae)范围内。近年来,随着分离筛选手段的提升及其应用价值的发掘,针对高温放线菌属的研究逐渐成为热点。本文从高温放线菌属分类学方法的发展入手,介绍了该类群在分类水平上不断完善的过程及其目前所处的分类学地位,同时也简要概述了高温放线菌属的功能性研究进展,以期为日后高温放线菌属应用潜力的发掘提供指导。Thermoactinomyces species are widely distributed in the high-temperature environment.This microbial group has great potential in industrial application.However,the determination of its taxonomic status has been the difficulty in academic world.Research on Thermoactinomyces goes on for more than a century,and its taxonomic relationship has been adjusted for many times.At present,Thermoactinomyces belongs to family Thermoactinomycetaceae under phylum Firmicutes.With the development of screening method and deep exploration on its potential value,study on Thermoactinomyces has become a hot spot in recent years.This article focuses on the development of taxonomic methods for Thermoactinomyces,introduces the progress in taxonomic level of this group and its current taxonomic status,and briefly summarizes the research on the functions of Thermoactinomyces.This article serves to provide guidance for the exploration on the application potential of Thermoactinomyces.
