摘　　要：在大学教育中,劳动教育是大学教育中不可缺少的一部分,是在大学教育中贯彻“立德树人”的基本要求,也在大学教育中更好地体现了内涵式发展。新时代,高校要建立一个以德智体美劳为本,以更高层次的人才为核心的教育体制。高校必须在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指引下,将党中央教育政策作为整体,坚持并加强对大学的全面领导,深刻理解教育体系建设的基本原理,并在此基础上,完善大教育制度,把握本质内涵,坚持科学规律,推动高校劳动教育高质量发展。Labor education is an indispensable part of university education,and is the basic requirement for implementing“moral education and talent cultivation”in university education,and also better reflects the development of connotation in university education.In the new era,universities should establish an education system centered on morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty,and labor,with higher-level talents as the core.Colleges and universities must regard the education policies of the Party’s Central Committee as a whole,adhere to and strengthen its overall guidance on their work under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Colleges and universities must understand in depth the fundamental principles of the education system construction,based on which they must perfect the grand education system by grasping the essential connotations and sticking to scientific laws so as to speed a quality development of labor education in universities.
