摘  要:根据焊锡膏中的助焊剂酸值测定的原理,系统考虑影响酸值测定过程及其标准溶液配制过程的不确定度来源,对测量重复性、标定标准溶液浓度、滴定体积、质量称量、摩尔质量、数值修约引入的测量不确定度分量进行评定,并计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。此方法适用于《方法B目视滴定法测定助焊剂酸值》(IPC-TM-6502.3.13A)测定焊锡膏中助焊剂的酸值不确定度的评定,其中标定标准溶液浓度和滴定体积是结果测量不确定度的显著因素。本测试焊锡膏中的助焊剂酸值测量结果的扩展不确定度(U)为1.18 mg KOH/g,包含因子k=2。According to the principle of acid value measurement of flux in solder paste,the uncertainty sources affecting the acid value measurement process and the preparation process of standard solution are considered,and the measurement uncertainty components introduced in measurement repeatability,calibration standard solution concentration,titration volume,mass weighing,molar mass and numerical revision are evaluated,and the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty are calculated.This method is suitable for the evaluation of uncertainty of acid value of flux in solder paste in IPC-TM-6502.3.13A"Method B:Determination of Acid Value of Flux by Visual Titration",in which the concentration of calibration standard solution and titration volume are significant factors in the measurement uncertainty of the result.The extended uncertainty(U)of the measurement of flux acid value in solder paste for this test is 1.18mg KOH/g with factor k=2.
