摘　　要：大学生学习效果和学习效率受学习动机影响明显,大学一年级是大学时代的关键时期,对学生接下来的大学生活及毕业以后的生活影响深远。针对工科类高校大学一年级新生的特点,结合我国高校学生特点,分析学习动力不足的原因,从多个维度讨论教育激励的方式,并提出一定的解决策略。The learning eff ect and efficiency of university students are obviously aff ected by their learning motivation.The first year of university is a critical period in the university era,which has a profound impact on students’subsequent university life and life after graduation.Based on the characteristics of engineering sciences and freshmen,this article analyzes the reasons for the lack of learning motivation,guided by the well-known motivational theory,combined with the characteristics of Chinese university students.Certain solutions have been proposed to discuss educational incentives from multiple dimensions.
