摘  要:目的调查郑州大学预防医学本科生导师制实施情况与效果评价,了解该制度实施过程中存在的问题及学生提出的意见与建议,为将来改进与完善这一措施提供理论依据。方法使用电子版问卷调查郑州大学公共卫生学院预防医学专业137名本科生。结果81名学生的导师分配方式为师生双选,57名选择导师时首先考虑导师的科研能力。在与导师交流时,41.6%可以做到师生深度互动,畅快交流。67.2%的学生每学期与导师的联系次数不超过2次,但是62.1%的学生希望导师与自己能够每半个月联系1~2次。52名认为自己与导师相处比较融洽。102名学生认为导师在科研上对自己最有帮助。74.5%和80.3%的学生认为本科生导师制对自己是有帮助、有必要的。结论郑州大学预防医学学生的本科生导师制实施情况较好,导师指导效果也卓有成效,该制度为日后高受教育程度人才的培养奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the implementation and effect of the tutorial system for preventive medicine undergraduates in Zhengzhou University,understand the problems existing in the implementation process of the system and the opinions or suggestions put forward by students,and provide theoretical basis for improving and perfecting this system in the future.Methods A total of 137 preventive medicine undergraduates were surveyed by electronic questionnaire in the College of Public Health of Zhengzhou University.Results Eighty-one students were assigned by two-way selection system of students and tutors,and the teachers’scientific research ability was considered in the first place for 57 students when they chose their tutors.41.6%of undergraduates could achieve in-depth interaction and smooth communication with teachers.67.2%of the students contacted with their tutors no more than twice per semester,but 62.1%of the students expected their tutors to contact with them once or twice every half month.Fifty-two students rated themselves as getting on well with their mentors.102 students considered their tutors were the most helpful to them in scientific research.74.5%and 80.3%of students thought the undergraduate tutorial system was helpful and necessary for them,respectively.Conclusion The undergraduate tutorial system of preventive medicine students in Zhengzhou University has been well implemented and the effect of tutor guidance has been also very effective.This system has laid a foundation for the cultivation of highly educated talents in the future.
